Our process
At Triple C, we aim to make the entire process of getting your windows shining as quick and seamless as possible.
1: Getting Started
We calculate your quote and give you a firm date and time for your service. After almost 17 years in business, we can do most of our estimating over the phone in a few minutes.
2. Our arrival
We check the entire area to be cleaned for anything that could become an issue, and double check that the estimate is correct before getting started. Bait and switch isn’t in our vocabulary.
3. We clean, you chill
Triple C has it handled! We do the work, and you go about your day. Our goal is to make our presence as minimally intrusive as possible.
4. Post clean report
Our customers typically don’t look at their homes as closely as we do. If we see anything that needs attention, like “Hey, there’s a hornet nest in that tree”, we’ll let you know,
5. We leave you be!
There are no upsells, contracts or incessant bothering you to buy more from us. You’ll get an email 2x a year… if you’re ready for another service, GREAT! If not, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We’ve been doing this a long time, and have gotten a million questions while we are at it. Here are the answers to a few of our most commonly asked questions:
How much does window cleaning cost?
Smaller homes with modern windows start around $250, and the final number depends on how many windows you have, whether you want interiors as well as exteriors, and how easy they are to reach.
Our price is based on a per unit (per window) fee. We do not use teaser pricing or bait and switch tactics, and most quotes take about five minutes over the phone.
Will you make a mess inside my house?
No. We use New Jersey’s only slop free interior window cleaning method, which means no buckets of dirty water, no soaked windowsills, and nothing dripping onto your curtains, carpets, or furniture. This is the single most common worry people have about interior work, and it is the thing we have built our process around.
What if it rains right after you clean?
You are covered by our 3 Day Rain Guarantee. If it rains within three days of your service and your windows are spotted, we come back. You do not need to argue about it and you do not pay again.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exteriors only jobs with no screens. We just need access to the outside of the house and a working spigot. For interiors, someone will need to let us in, but you are welcome to go about your day once we are inside. We are quiet and we clean up after ourselves.
Are you insured?
Fully insured to one million dollars, plus workers compensation on everyone who sets foot on your property. We are happy to send you a certificate of insurance before we start. Just ask.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homes in our area do well on a yearly cycle. Honestly, the majority of our customers get their windows washed every 1-3 years.
It really depends on a lot of factors. A house very close to a main road or construction site will need their windows cleaned more often than not. Its all up to your personal preference. We’ll tell you honestly what your house needs, and if it doesn’t need anything yet, we’ll tell you that too.
What about screens and sills?
We provide a basic wipedown of the screen frames and sills with every inside and outside window cleaning job.
Will every spot come out?
Almost always, but hard water etching, paint overspray, and construction residue may have physically damaged the glass, so those may improve rather than disappear entirely. If we see that on your windows, we will tell you before we start rather than after we hand you the bill.
